Ages 7-15 Events: Beach Flags, Beach Run, Board Race, Surf Race, Wading Relay

10:15AM-10:45am: On-Site Check-In
10:45AM: Coaches/Captains Meeting
10:55AM: Officials Meeting
11:00 AM: Welcome, schedule + announcements
11:10AM: First heats begin
4:00PM: Events End/Awards Ceremony
Eligibility
All Lifesaving Sport competitions sanctioned by the Lifesaving Society Nova Scotia Branch are open to any individual member, affiliated club, or affiliate member of the Lifesaving Society (any branch) in good standing. An affiliate or individual is in good standing unless their registered athlete or affiliate status has been revoked by the Lifesaving Society.
Juniors/Seniors (15+ years) must hold a current (within 24 months of certification) Bronze Medallion or higher Lifesaving Society award.
Youth (under 15 years) must meet the Swim to Survive standard - Roll into deep water; Tread water for 1 minute; Swim 50m

Please read, print, and sign the Waiver & Release Form prior to the competition. Forms will be accepted on site at the competition.
