Ages 7-15 Events: Beach Flags, Beach Run, Board Race, Surf Race, Wading Relay
Schedule
10:30AM: On-Site Check-In
11:00AM: Coaches/Captains Meeting
11:10AM: Officials Meeting
11:20AM: Events Begin (events order will be confirmed at Coaches/Captains Meeting)
3:00PM: Events End/Awards Ceremony
Eligibility
All Lifesaving Sport competitions sanctioned by the Lifesaving Society Nova Scotia Branch are open to any individual member, affiliated club, or affiliate member of the Lifesaving Society (any branch) in good standing. An affiliate or individual is in good standing unless their registered athlete or affiliate status has been revoked by the Lifesaving Society.
Juniors/Seniors must hold a current (within 24 months of certification) Bronze Medallion or higher Lifesaving Society award.
Youth must meet the Swim to Survive standard - Roll into deep water; Tread water for 1 minute; Swim 50m

Please read, print, and sign the Waiver & Release Form prior to the competition. Forms will be accepted on site at the competition.
