Lifesaving Sport Summer Series Round #1
New Summer Registration Policy 2022
Pre-registration through the website will be mandatory for all summer competitions. Registration deadlines for all competitions will be 48 hours prior to the competition. A minimum of 20 registered athletes are required for each competition. If the event is cancelled, cancellation notices will be sent to all registered athletes within 24 hours of the registration deadline.

Entry Fee: $10/Person (provides entry to all events)
Registration Deadline: July 18, 2022 at 1PM AST
Events
15-18, 19+ Events: Beach Run 2km, Board Race, Rescue Tube Rescue, Surf Race, Wading Relay
Schedule
1:00PM: Coaches/Captains Meeting
1:10PM: Officials Meeting
1:20PM: Events Begin (events order will be confirmed at Coaches/Captains Meeting)
5:00PM: Events End
Eligibility
All Lifesaving Sport competitions sanctioned by the Lifesaving Society Nova Scotia Branch are open to any individual member, affiliated club, or affiliate member of the Lifesaving Society (any branch) in good standing. An affiliate or individual is in good standing unless their registered athlete or affiliate status has been revoked by the Lifesaving Society.
Juniors/Seniors must hold a current (within 24 months of certification) Bronze Medallion or higher Lifesaving Society award.
Youth must meet the Swim to Survive standard - Roll into deep water; Tread water for 1 minute; Swim 50m
Waiver & Release Form
Please read, print, and sign the Waiver & Release Form prior to the competition. Forms will be accepted on site at the competition.
